Hi Zestlife. I suggest you provide more training to your consultants on the importance of ethics. Your consultant Yazeed call’s client on the premis of taking down further details on their car and later signs them up for credit insurance. I have noted that he does this often as there is another review from a client where he’s done this before. This is completely unacceptable and I don’t understand how you have let this go on for so long, from the SAME consultant ! Absolutely disgraceful
