I really want to do a complain about zets capcoverthe promise the world and do not say what hospital you need to go now that is time to pay back no tpits not covered
Dear Client,
Note that it is not role of Gap cover to stipulate which hospital you have to use. The purpose of Gap cover is to provide you with the option to select your hospital and medical provider of choice.
The reason why your non-network co-payment was not covered is because you have selected the Essential option and this option does not cover non-network co-payments. This is a choice you have made in that you felt you do not have a need for Gap to cover non-network co-payments. Our Universal option does cover a non-network co-payment.
