It was really great. At first I called to find out more about the claim process. They took me through it and also sent a follow up email to let me know all documentation required. Once I had submitted my claim, they let me know how long it would take to receive feedback and I was told if my claim was successful within the time period I was told. I was very satisfied with the experience and would recommend Zestlife to friends and family
