Insurance

Bought a car last year August, received a call few days after from a company called Zestlife to insure my car when I'm no longer working or involved in an accident. I paid the premiums, lost my job end of March. When I called to claim, they send me from pillar to post telling me that it wasn't covered for it.

I asked for the telephonic records of the call. They promised to send me till now. Terminated my contract after few months due to unpaid premiums because I was working and also having to pay the installment they promised they will pay for 6 months if I lost my job.

Please help MC Seloma

Yesterday I woke up to a Wesbank agent who came to repossess the car. We had this discussion from June and asked for telephonic call records as they told me they can't pay my claim. Which means it's too late for that, I need to make the payment(which I don't have at the moment) in the next 7 days or the car is taken to an auction. I send the declaration to my former employer and won't take less than 24 hours to get it back.
