I joined Zestlife in 2014

I joined Zestlife in 2014. Communication with them is so simple. Calling is always a breeze, no waiting as they answer their phones promptly and direct you to the correct department. Also, when emailing, you get a response immediately. It has certainly helped to close the gap between medical aid rates and doctors' rates and co-payments at private hospitals and clinics. Just recently, my son had his impacted wisdom teeth out. I had a co-payment to pay at the Life Hospital as well as the difference for the Maxilo Surgeon. ZestLife once again paid, closing the hospital gap (co-payment) and the doctors' cost. Claiming is really simple. The claim form is straightforward and easy to understand.
