I do not reccomend Zestlife
My mother is am member of Zestlife. She is a pensioner she has no printers or scanners available to print and process claims she paid every month and now Zestlife declines every payment she needs Zestlife is worthless they take advantage of pensioners who cannot afford medical costs and so it's easy to decline pay claims I will not recommend Westlife. To make things worse my mother is hearing impaired and the telephone operators are not helpful in assisting a hearing impaired person thanks Zestlife my mother feels worthless.

We investigated the matter and have contacted your mother to explain what is required and how the information required can be provided. She fully understands what is required and said she would be able to provide the required documentation.
We do cater for many alternatives when submitting claims (ie cell phone picture instead of document to be scanned, emails directly from medical aid providers etc)
