Hi joined them after they made beautiful promises. Now when I submitted my claims on my excess and shortfall they keep on asking for info. And each time it is other info. The do not ask for everything at once. As if the are looking for excuses not to pay. I, asked them to phone me but the do not. The person is Tanya and she does not respond or phone back. Appatantly I have a broker there but nothing happens. Really bad experience

I do apologise for the fact that we did not request all the documentation at the outset. We generally aim to request all information upfront but at times further information are required for example to enable us to investigate pre-existing conditions.
