Great service - Katherine and Margret
The service I have received has been absolutely incredible, Katherine you have followed up and gone up and above any expectations. Just when you think there is no hope with service and delivery you came around and really surprised me. I honestly cannot thank you enough. Its been an extremely hard year and you showed me that there is light at the end of the tunnel.
A big thank you to Margret for always being so friendly and also extremely helpful.
I see a lot of negative reviews and believe me when i say i would recommend you guys any day.

The claims team really makes and effort to assist clients and to provide excellent service.
We currently deal with approximately 1 500 claims a month and process the majority within service level agreement.
