Bad experience with zestlife I took out a zest life this year july I been in first time diagnosed for an issue I had to submit so many documents and verification. To date claim not finalized. Doctor letters hospitalized documents. And medical aid bill for previous years showing it was not prexiting. I'm so disappointed and dissatisfied with there service It gone more than a month claim not finalized

I do apologise that you feel disappointed. If it is a claim in the first year of cover, we do check and get sufficient information to enable us to assess that the claim does not relate to a pre-existing condition to prevent anti-selection.
