GAP CLAIM
8 Dec 17 submitted claim to Zestlife. 13 Dec 17 Zestlife confirmed receipt. 18 Dec 17 received update that claim being processed. 29 Dec another update that claim finalized and will be paid out. 3 Jan 18 claim paid out into my account.
Efficient? Very! Thank you Zestlife.
After reading all the bad reviews on hellopeter i was ready for a fight but thank goodness i didnt have to! People just need to make sure they understand their policy document and submit all the right documents.
Only thing i am waiting for is payment of my Zwing referral fee, whats the delay?
