The letter I wrote to Zestlife specific referring to Natasha, an employee at Zestlife .

I am writing to express my sincere thanks and gratitude for the exceptional service provided by Natasha in my recent interaction with her and Bonitas which was at one stage a total lost case.

From day one, Natasha helped me. She was to the point, honest and really helpful.

I can't let this pass, as this is the reason why customers will support you , this lady is just exceptional, and I can understand why she is a manager.

I am not going into much detail, however I need to express my gratitude towards her and what better way to inform her superiors about her exceptional attitude towards me and the situation. Her attention to be adamant to resolve this query was truly commendable. Her expertise and dedication to delivering outstanding service have greatly impressed me.
