Does not cover the "gap" at all
I would suggest that people read the terms and conditions very carefully before taking up this cover. When I took it out 2 years ago they were the top rated gap cover around, which has clearly changed alot. This does NOT cover basic essential procedures which is the whole point of taking out the cover i.e. to fill the gap. Please read carefully before taking this up, their are other policies which cover much more for the same price per month.

The exclusion relating to the procedure not covering elective procedures not due to a medical condition was stated in the policy wording and brochure at the time you took the policy.
We understand that you are unhappy that your procedure has not been covered due to this exclusion, but the policy premium is based on the benefits covered by the policy.
Kind regards
Noleen
