Disgusting service

I joined Zestlife about 7 months ago, due to my medical aid not paying for dentures. I explained on numerous occations my condition not once did one of the consultants tell me it wont be covered.

I submitted a claim 3 weeks ago, which got rejected due to 2 tooth that has been extracted before i joined Zestlife. I would have never joined if this was explained before. They are quick to take your money but when it comes to the actual claim. I am disgusted with Zestlife, i could have saved money for the past 7 months to do my dentures cash but they make you a fool.
