I had one of the most hassle free experiences in dealing with Zest Life. Having had a total knee replacement surgery I had to use their Gap Cover to cover the 300% surcharge by medical practitioners. The claims were handled professionally and with expedience. I consider this as a fair deal considering the premium I pay
