Bonitas Med Aid Members Stay Far Away From Zestlife Gap Cover

It appears that no document issued by Bonitas Med Aid seems to make Zestlife Gap cover happy. They have utterly waisted 2 months of my time in their crusade not to pay me what I am owed. You phone them and they tell you XYZ is outstanding. You ask if there is anything else they require and they say no, just XYZ. Then a week later you get a mail wanting UVW! They say stand by we will call you back ..but never do. Bonitas asked me if I was happy they give all my med aid details to Zestlife and I told them (on a recorded call) to give them any information they wanted. 3 weeks later now they say they didn't get the details I have the email trail proving they did get. I am sick and tired of these people. If you are a Bonitas member please beware that they will just not accept anything that Bonitas generates. Always something wrong with the documents. All the information is right there in front of them. No, they don't like the heading. Bonitas sends a Nexus print out, no they don't like that. I am considering going elsewhere, please let me know if you have a gap cover that DOES accept Bonitas documents and statements. I see absolutely no reason to continue paying a policy if they will just not honour any of my claims. Lastly, if Zestlife does not like the documents and their formats issued by Bonitas then why make this my problem? Why aren't THEY talking to Bonitas and ensuring that the documents issued meet their lofty standards of detail??
