BAD SERVICE _ ZESTLIFE
A claim that took over 6 months to process, as documentation was required, a simple Casualty ACCIDENT!! and then to get told that you rejected the claim and it was not seen as a Accident!! Having a toe nail removed from your child toe is now called an ADVENTURE not an accident.... shocking service received, and over a stupid short payment of R 180.00 ...
Its sad that you dont care about your clients, happy to cancel a contract, i after doing my research.. I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE!!!
