bad service from zest life

After being a member for 12 years and hardly ever used them., I made a claim from a stent operation for 5319 and they only refunded me 2900. It took over a month of incompetence on there part and me sending and resending the same documents because it seems their consultants dont seem to have any coordination between themselves.I pay 560 a month for what? They say They only pay the gap from doctors bills. My doctors bill was payed in full by the medical aid. It was the hospital copayment I claimed for. Both Medshield and Zest life are *********** customers. I pay 3850 a month for medshield and 560 for gap insurance !!! what is the point when I still have to pay out my pocket
