Absolutely not worth the effort

Me and my wife recently moved to Zestlife as they promised the world. However these promises were just absolute lies. Their claim process is a mess and it takes forever to get feedback from claims, and then they just recklessly refuse to pay for any claim, even though it was a life or death situation. That is if they actually bother to respond at all

And after querieng this on Facebook, you get snorty comments indicating its not their responsibility, if they respond at all.

I want a complete refund of all my premiums as my wife died a week ago and their were a number health related claims that now the hospitals are taking legal action against me.
