Motion- Rigged Ear Cleaner a piece of ****!!!!

I ordered through my Pay Pal account Dec.12/2019 then on Jan. 2/2020 my order was shipped and it was not as I expected it to be. Because I opened the package to have a look at the item I found out 3.5 weeks later after trying to contact the company directly for a refund that now it was too late to return it for a refund and because I opened the package to look at the item. I had emailed the company 3 times and I only found out in this last week from Pay Pal that they could only expedite the request I had and now I am *****ed. So this ear cleaner thing is not as seen on TV and the manufacturer doesn't respond in a timely manner. So I want to let anyone who is considering ordering this item DON'T DO IT! You will be *****ed like me. Ironically the Ear Cleaner looks like a flimsey cheep rubberery thing about an inch long and it doesn't work! I DON'T RECCOMMEND PURCHASING IT UNLESS YOU HAVE $30.00+ US $ TO WASTE ON A PIECE OF ****!!!!!!!!!! I RATE THIS PRODUCT THE MR-0239-01 Motion Rigged.com a 0 out of 0.
