Zest T1 Mobile phones don't work

I got 2 Zest phones and have had problems from day one with both the devices. I sent many emails to their CEO and always got snotty replies. The phone goes dead even with 50% battery life. You have to recharge and remove the battery for it to reset. Sometimes the phone is on but you cannot make or receive calls so you have to remove the battery and put it in again for the phone to reset and work. The phone went in for repairs and they said there is nothing wrong but it still does not work after I got it back. Now I get an email from their CEO that I am trying to get a refund after a year. Most stupid comment from a CEO. <br> <br> But also check on Hellopeter and Mybroadband for other complaints:- <br> <br> [URL Removed]<br> <br> Many people have had the same issues that I have experienced and their phones were also returned without being fixed. I would never recommend these Zest products.
