Hi,

Please can you try the following steps first.

Turn the phone off and remove the battery. Take the battery out and shake the battery quite well. Sometimes the lithium inside is not spread well.

Put the battery back in and charge it to 100% without turning the phone on.
Once you have done that turn the phone on and use the phone normally until your battery gets to between 5 and 15%. When it gets there, put your phone on charge until it reaches 100%. Perform this charge cycle 3 or 4 times and this should properly calibrate the battery.

Please let me know if the problem persists.

My reply:

I am highly disappointed at the reaction I received from friends and colleagues. I felt an absolute fool.

Lithium is a solid substance. With a warranty that is about t expire I felt your response was trying to flog me off for a while until the warranty expires. Please advise a way forward.

Look forward to your reply. It is a matter of time before this phone blacks out and shuts down exactly like it did last time.

Thanks

2 weeks later no reply and warranty expires in 2 weeks!
