APPALLING SERVICE

This is my second review. My first one speaks of the poor service, this one is about the continuous lies and empty promises from Hugo at Zentrava who makes promises to send tracking details, to expedite orders to no avail.

I have asked for feedback and a refund since yesterday, no response to my mails.
