*****s that need to be reported and shut shown
This is my second order and I am appalled by their service. It been weekdays since I paid for my orders. I have not received anything from them. They communicate when they want to. Is there a way this online store can be reported and closed down because the are *****s.

This is my second order and I am appalled by their service. It been weekdays since I paid for my orders. I have not received anything from them. They communicate when they want to. Is there a way this online store can be reported and closed down because the are *****s.

APPALLING SERVICE
This is my second review. My first one speaks of the poor service, this one is about the continuous lies and empty promises from Hugo at Zentrava who makes promises to send tracking details, to expedite orders to no avail. I have asked for feedback and a refund since yesterday, no response to my mails. Do not waste your time.

APPALLING SERVICE
This is my second review. My first one speaks of the poor service, this one is about the continuous lies and empty promises from Hugo at Zentrava who makes promises to send tracking details, to expedite orders to no avail. I have asked for feedback and a refund since yesterday, no response to my mails. Do not waste your time.

DO NOT SUPPORT THEM UNLESS YOU DON'T WANT YOUR PARCEL TO ARRIVE
PLEASE DO NOT SUPPORT THESE PEOPLE. Oldest story in the book, all legit until we have to deliver. I sent a mail after almost 2 weeks, got a response that said the shipping is on route from overseas, they are so sorry for the inconvenience I will get my delivery soon. I've sent 2 mails to ask for an update but they are non responsive. I asked on one of their FB posts if they are legit? An Afrikaans woman responded and said "Ja ons is" I said so why don't you reply to emails? She is still replying me to this day. Please don't waste your money with these guys you will not get what you pay for. So annoyed.

Good experience and happy with products
I was updated about my order the whole time so I was happy with the communication. Although there was a wait, I was happy with the products and received a lovely free gift as an apolpgy for the delay.

Order not delivered, demanding refund
Zentrava!! Once again chasing after an order that hasn't been delivered since I placed the order on 30th May 2026. What has happened? Why is no one responding to my enquiry emails with this order?! I demand a response and a refund of my R899 for the product I did not receive!!
