Pathetic customer relations and service

I have never experienced such pathetic no care service from a company like Zeka. I have been off line for almost 5 weeks with constant empty promises to get us back online. If i dont phone them I hear nothing. They send a new router but not connected with the service provider. Their Voip is regularly off and their incompetence is costing my company huge losses. Dont ever try their service. Worst of the worst!
