No health precautions in hospital

@Dr Joe phaahla My grandmother was admitted at Zebediela Magatle hospital and God i was traumatized by the treated from the stuff a patient was sick and vommitting and was told to clean after themselves on the other hand my grandmother was booked for radiology but nurses gave her food and pills before the process which then she was given another appointment of their carelessness, I'm still in shock because there aren't any health precautions that are taken into consideratio. I don't know if i should say it's ignorance or the stuff in Magatle have no care. I feel this matter should be escalated
