I bought a watch for my husband and returned it due to the fact it was not compatible with his cellphone card. I have been waiting since 20 September for my refund and was told the money will be paid once funds is available! Yet they brag with a 7day wait to refund.

This is absolutely the worst experience I ever had with an online company, firstly I was told 25% will not be refunded and then I had to pay another R199-00 to get the watch back to them.

Please advise what I can do in terms of getting my money back, your help is appreciated immensely.
