Zasttra.com **********

I ordered Items from Zasttra.com in July but I have still not received the delivery. I have contacted them multiple times but with no relief. I payed over R3800 and they refuse to refund me. There is no clear escalation procedure to get help. The ********** service is terrible and the consultants are condescending. My opinion is that this is a ********** site and anyone ordering from here should know what they are getting into.
