Appalling experience. Tried to get my money refunded. Every excuse under the sun was given from "your bank reversed the transaction" to finally admitting they did have the money but could not refund it. This is due tonthe account being a"non-transacting" account. They do not answer their contact phone number despite you being number 1 in the queue for 20 minutes with frequent apologies for the inconvenience. Shocking business to deal with.
