Zasttra.com are THE WORST "BUSINESS" to deal with

Please do not use this company.

I ordered a thermometer on 05 November 2018, paid for it the same time via their webpage. When it had not arrived by 31 January I cancelled my order. 14 days later, no sign of a refund.

I have made in excess of 20 phone calls to try and get this resolved. The call center is manned by only one person at a time. They refuse to put you through to their accounts department. They insist that you communicate by email, but emails never get answered. They will not let you speak to a manager, and refuse to hand over the owners details.
