Zasttra ************ Extraordinaire

I like many others on this platform, can not stress how utterly useless and terrible this so called "MarketPlace" is, BidorBuy is 1 Million times better. I placed my order on the 25th January, selected Aramex shipping (5-10 days) which was an added cost, and still to this day, I have not received anything, after reporting them to the FBI IC3, FCT and my own bank, I am informed that the item has been shipped, which is a lie, as on their website, it still states that my order is only confirmed, I have not been issued any shipping details, I can not cancel, I can not do anything with it, and all Zasttra says now is, but its sold via a 3rd party.

Well having bought on BidorBuy, which also sells through 3rd parties, I can tell you that, at least BidorBuy will come to your rescue, or at least attempt to assist you in anyway they can.

Zasttra should be shut down, unfortunately the takedown site in South Africa doesn't allow for a foreign site to be listed.

As all of the other reviews, which are mostly negative, and I agree with some other consumers, they don't even deserve even a single star, please do not purchase from them, rather attempt to find the item elsewhere, or find a suitable replacement.

Trust me, there is no service, if you are rep**** to, it will be vague, and if you are like most of us and something goes awry, forget it, you just won't win, which is absolutely unforgiveable in todays day and age!

As far as I am concerned, Zasttra is a **** site and should be shut down!
