Zasttra ******* Selling Badly Made Imported Goods

I ordered two Winter Jackets for Mother's Day 2018 (mid May) I live outside of South Africa and wanted to surprise my mother. During the sale process I was never informed that the clothing was coming from China. I paid approx R700 and then nothing. No Email confirmation or sms confirmation. In the My Orders section there is no evidence that I've bought anything.

When I paid, a screen opened that told me it would take 60 days for the items to arrive!! I had believed this was a South African company!

Well, it has been 3 months (90 days) since purchase and the first item arrived. My mother had to pay R25 in order to collect it. And it is a tiny, fragile, see through **** lace jacket. Not a winter jacket at all. And nothing like the picture. It is also the size of a 10 year old's jacket. My mother says it is badly made. The second item still has not arrived, and my mother will have to pay a further R25 to retrieve that as well!

If I had known I was buying from a company like Wish, I would have made sure to buy bigger sizes etc but this was not communicated.

I am speechless. I want my money back.
