Zasttra poor support and management

Shocking support. The toll free number does not exist, the support number just keeps telling you you are next and then ALL the consultants are busy. ( Once for 25 minutes and once for just over 20 minutes on cellular rates - no landline or chance to leave a message) I ordered a car digital clock/thermometer which was delivered with power cable and temperature probe cable missing although both are shown on the picture they sent. despite several e-mails explaining what was missing including a picture of what was received and a request to send the cables and to call me telephonically, I have neither a call nor the cables only a call from the courier company saying they are here to COLLECT the unit. Most of the e-mails Isend them are returned undeliverable even though I do it via "Reply to sender". Not a company I will do business with again. I am also doubtful this will ellicit a response, delivery of missing goods or apology from company management
