Zasttra Needs to Wake Up

Here we are again. Another negative review for a company who just seems to not care.

After numerous emails and posts, Zasttra has still not delivered my order.

After being PROMISED a January 26th delivery, I phoned the customer care department and was told to ask for a refund.

NO. I will not ask for a refund. You promised a product and service and unfortunately, you will need to deliver Zasttra

7 weeks is incredibly long. It's time to wake up and deliver.

Truly beyond words. Terrible. Service.
