Zasttra Marketplace (Zasttra.com)

I bought a phone though Zasttra Marketplace (Zasttra.com) Minutes later I received a mail from PayPal transaction was successful. Minutes after that I received a non reply from Zasttra that there was problem from the seller and that there was no stock, and that Zasttra Marketplace will refund me in full within 5 to 10 days. Well I believed them, stupid I was. No phone No. No email address, no Store address what so ever. PayPal and my bank (Capitec) just told me THAT THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO after deducting each R160 service fees just to tell me this. Im still waiting. Its day 15 now and still NO MONEY. My advice is stay away from Zasttra Marketplace PayPal and Capitec Bank.. All online **********. ***** in South Africa is 100 percent in everything.
