ZASTTRA LIES ABOUT SHIPPING INFORMATION

<p>I purchased items on 24/11/2016 & 28/11/2016 & although the shipping information says 1 to 3 days - 19 days later I still have not received my goods and these goods were meant to be used for my trip on the 16/12/2016. I sent them a complaint on 12/12/2016 & their auto reply says that you should receive a response within 8 hours but it's been more than 24 hours now. I regret ever using this site. This was my first time & definitely my very last time. I want my money back or my goods back. What a horrible online store - such ******.</p>
