Zasttra lengthy time process refund

I purchased a UPS at Zasttra. When I received it, it was faulty. I logged a return. And I had to send it back, after paying R499 courier.

I did that and eventually they refunded me, BUT the process took a month or 2 to process the entire request...

But I want to say thanks Sharne at Zasttra for all of your support. You are really an amazing support agent. :)
