Zasttra is the worst company ever

We have ordered a tablet from this company in November 2018 already, when we initially enquired they said the order is waiting to be cleared. We have still not received the tablet, we did however requested the repayment as they indicated that they are unable to deliver the product (not in stock anymore), so we requested this in January 2019, apparently it takes 7 working days to reflect in your bank, it is now 21 February 2019 and still no money received!!, Zasttra is the worst company I ever dealt with.
