ZASTTRA IS OF POOR STANDARD!

In all my years of online buying, i have never been provided with such bad service... I have been waiting for over 30 days for my refund to be passed back to me!!!!! all the while the only response they have for me is that the finance department will pass the credit within 7 working days!!! or when the funds are available on their side!!! Are they printing the money or what?!
