ZASTTRA HAS ****** MY MONEY

14 March, I placed an order on this website, the item said it had a 3-5 business day lead time. March 28th I contacted Zasttra via email to advise that I still had not received the item. They responded and told me they had contacted the seller for more info. 4 April I was advised that I would not receive my ordered item and that I would be refunded, sales assistant asked for my banking details and I sent it to them same day. I did not receive my refund and after numerous emails I received a reply on 12 April with assurance that refund payment would be made by end of business 13 April. It is now 23rd April and I still have not received my refund. I email the sales office every day and I have had no further correspondence from anyone, its just radio silence. Some emails just bounce back completely. ZASTTRA HAS ****** MY MONEY AND I WANT IT BAC****! i am absolutely appalled with their lack of customer service. They are nothing but *******! Incidentally, the other item I ordered did arrive eventually but it was in such a shoddy state and was completely unusable (a mobile phone cover that did not allow you to use the power button??) that it was immediately put in the trash. I CERTAINLY WILL NOT USE THIS WEBSITE EVER AGAIN AND WARN ALL POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS TO STEER VERY CLEAR! as far as my experiences go this is just a Chinese knock-off **** website with ******* items and no customer service whatsoever. At least wish.com has the decency to refund you when a paid for item doesn't arrive!
