ZASTTRA DISGUSTING SERVICE, NO ORDER RECEIVED!!!

I have placed my order and paid on the 11 June 2019, i have not received any feedback from them nor has my order been delivered. I had 1 person respond to my email requesting my order number which i did send through but no response since then and that was a week ago. I cannot get through to them telephonically nor does anyone respond via email...this service is extremely inefficient and disgusting to say the least. Please can someone contact me so i can get a refund.
