Zasttra company unprofessional and *****

I have ordered a cellphone to the value of R 6000 from [URL Removed] however after 8 weeks of waiting and even battling and phoning them constantly they have still not delivered my cellphone. The manager is an unprofessional man who speaks with absolute rudness and made me feel like as I paying customer that I did not matter. I am beginning to think that my cellphone will never arrive and this has been a huge *****. Every time I phone Zasttra they give me a lie and say that my cellphone will be sent to me but it still has not arrived! I do not know what to do anymore, as I have lost all hope and I will never get my money back. Zasttra refused to give me a refund and when I asked whether I will receive my cellphone they tell me we do not know. Please don't ever buy from Zasttra as they are not to be trusted!
