Zasttra....Bad Service all round
<p>Hi I'm Brightness </p> <p>2 weeks ago I ordered from Zasttra... a bluetooth wireless hat order number 18613 that I am yet to receive...I tried calling them no answer on their line...I also tried to check my order with the order number still nothing...no one has ever contacted me regarding my order..but seriously now...how do u trust people like this next...I feel like they don't care about their customers....They just want your money and disappear and maybe it's a ****.. please if you are out there looking to order from them think twice free advice from me their number after you've ordered never works...its a **** still waiting for my order no update on it..am still waiting for an update or someone to contact me...waiting.....I want my order...finish </p>

Kindly note: as stated in our last reply on your last post, your item takes 10-15 working days to process and deliver; this is also stated on the product listing. We are on schedule as it is currently the 9th working day. This is a special order which is first delivered to our warehouse from our overseas supplier and subsequently shipped to you the customer.
One of our staff members will update you with the tracking details once your package has been dispatched.
