Zasttra and PayFast colluding in not refunding

Hi, <br> <br> II ordered a Plasma TV online, with payment to made to PayFast (they appear to be the same group as they use exactly the same wording for their automated emails). <br> <br> They told me the TV had been shipped, only to advise 2 days later that they didn't have stock! <br> <br> Now I'm trying to get a refund, and both are saying that the other has the money! <br> <br> Will be opening a case of ***** against them tomorrow morning as something isn't quite right down at Zasttra and PayFast!
