Zastra.com - A **** SITE!

On 28 May 2018, I ordered 3 items on Zastra which were all displayed as IN STOCK and to be delivered within 10 - 15 days. On 31 May, I received an email to say that my order would be 're-ordered' from the supplier and this will take about 10 - 15 working days.

On 21 June I followed up, only to be told that they are still waiting on my order. I followed up on 11 July, only to be told that my order is running late due to the company moving premises and my order is in the new warehouse and that I should expect a 7 day delay!

Finally on 19 July, I received an email to say that my order was lost and that I needed to select something similar or provide my bank details. Clearly there is no way I'll provide my bank details and have now ordered the same Samsung cover which is displayed as in stock and a small item to make up the balance.

I am absolutely certain that I have wasted my time and that I will never receive those items but would like to urge anyone who even thinks about viewing the Zastra site to STAY AWAY.

It's all just a ****! If I had ordered the items on Ebay, I would have already receive it and I am speaking from experience.
