Zastra = ****s

Zastra is the biggest **** of them all. I order good which took months to be delivered. They never arrived ended up at my local post office which didn’t notify me. The goods were returned to the supplier. I told these ****s called zastra to reimburse me and they said I would have to wait until the supplier received good… which again took months. Now that the supplier has received the good I am told nothing can be done as I did not query the purchase within 3 months

Can our regulators shut down these ********* ****s acting like an online store
