Zassttra : Genuine or Not

Placed an order for a 10 inch android tablet on 5 December 2018. After a number of E Mails they stated they could not fill the order and will refund me R4000 within 7 days . This did not happen .After more e mails and a phone call now got an E mail stating they have insufficient funds and my payment is in the waiting list and when funds are available and I get to the top of the list I will get a refund . This can only mean there are more customers who did not get there orders and this leads to the suspicion that the company is in fact just taking clients money and is possibly committing ***** .
