Unlike Takealot or Bid-or-Buy, the process followed by Zasstra is not transparent and it is quite difficult to communicate with the actual sellers. I was very disappointed with a seller after struggling to get feedback through Zasstra's website and still have difficulty to rate the seller. Rather use more established sites.
