Zasstra - stay far away!

Stay far away from this company. I have ordered an item in December last year. Was subsequantly informed that the item can not be delivered. When I asked for a refund this was the reply : There is currently a delay in refund processing completion due to unavailable funds. Please note that the funds to be processed to you has been queued by our finance team and will go through once funds are available. Goodbye funds!

PS: The item I ordered is still listed on their website!
