Zasstra is the worst, stay away

They are just the worst of the worst, I ordered an item back in early April, it was supposed to take a week for it to be delivered, at the end of May there was still no delivery and I asked why, they told me the seller cannot deliver till the end of lockdown. I tried cancelling my order but their website doesn't allow me to and I tried contacting them via email but they keep sending me to the website with options that are not selectable.
