Zasstra - Bad service

<p>I recently bought 2 items from Zasstra and was not happy with the product.</p> <p>I apl**** for a refund and recieved conformation of a refund approval about 4 days later. Then the collection of the items still has not taken place even after numerous calls and e-mails.</p> <p>By the way thier phones don't seem to work most of the time and the online chat service is mostly offline.</p> <p>Their idea of an online provider really needs to change.</p> <p>They need to learn alot about customer service if they want to survive in this industry.</p> <p> </p> <p>TAKEALOT is light years ahead in thier entire company, from website to call centre and delivery is fast and free returns ni charges.</p>
